M.I Abaga Set To Release New Album

Multiple award-winning Nigerian rapper and record producer M.I Abaga is set to release a new solo album titled ‘The guy’.

The talented rapper made the announcement on his social media page that the album will be released on August 19, 2022.

He wrote: “Prepare to meet The Guy. August 19, 2022”. The tweet was accompanied with a video teaser for the album.

The rapper also announced that he would be retiring Hus stage name “M.I Abaga” after 15 years and taking up a new name for his project. He has however not revealed what his new name would be.

The album will become his 7th solo studio album and serves as a follow up to his recently released joint album with Blaqbonez A-Q and Loose Kaynon titled ‘Behold the LAMB’.
