“Boy Alone” – Omah Lay Set To Remove Burna Boy From His Debut Album.

After announcing his upcoming project months ago, Stanley Omah Didia, popularly known as Omah Lay, has finally released it. The talented singer released his debut album, “Boy Alone”, on Monday, 13th of June, 2022.

During a question and answer session with fans on Instagram, a fan asked if Burna Boy was on the album. Omah Lay jokingly replied that Burna Boy was on his album, but would be removed. He wrote:

“E dey but I go remove am”, + a laughing emoji.

Fans believe that he plans to remove the Grammy Award winning artiste because of his involvement in a shooting accident that happened in Club Cubana over the weekend.

Last Wednesday, Burna Boy’s police guards shot two fun seekers at the popular Lagos club. The incident garnered a lot of anger from Nigerians, who believed that Burna Boy’s violent nature was getting out of hand. Perhaps, Omah Lay is planning to remove Burna Boy from his album to show his solidarity against gun violence.

In an unrelated news, Justin Bieber invited Omah Lay on stage, during his performance at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit on the 5th of June. In a video posted on Instagram, Omah Lay was seen hopping on stage to hug Justin Bieber, before performing his new hit with the Canadian singer for the first time. The song, “Attention“, was released on the 9th of March, 2022.
