Kizz Daniel And Tekno’s ‘Buga’ Video Hits A Milestone On YouTube.

 

‘Buga’ is a song that is currently enjoying massive recognition and airplay all over the world. When it was first released, no one expected it to be as successful as it currently is. But Buga keeps defying odds. Asides being one of the most Shazammed songs in 2022, it stands to become the biggest Afrobeats song of the year.

One of the reasons why the song is so loved and popular is the ‘Buga Challenge’. From TikTok to Instagram, the challenge is so popular that even the Liberian President, George Weah, was spotted dancing to it.

Two months after the release of the song, the highly anticipated video was also released. It was produced by Nigerian cinematographer, TG Omori, and shot in Lagos state. The colorful video was themed around a carnival with representatives from various countries. To add comedic sprinkles, the song featured popular Instagram skit creator, Oga Sabinus.

Six days after the release of the video, Kizz Daniel has shared an update on it’s progress. The video has garnered over 10 million views.
