Wizkid Congratulates Angélique Kidjo & Black Coffee Over Grammy Wins {SEE DETAILS}

Ayodeji Balogun, better known by his stage as Wizkid, a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and performer, has congratulated Angelique Kidjo and Black Coffee on their Grammy wins.

Angelique Kidjo, a 61-year-old Beninese singer, won a Grammy for Best Global Music Album at the 64th Grammy Awards on April 3, 2021, defeating Nigerian sensation Wizkid and others who were nominated in that category.

Black Coffee, a South African DJ, also made history by being the first African DJ to win a Grammy Award for best dance/electronic album.

Wizkid, who was nominated for two Grammy Awards in 2022 but lost in both, took to Instagram today, April 5th, 2022, to congratulate African representatives Angelique Kidjo and Black Koffee. He expressed himself as follows:
