Portable Urges Celestial Church To Carry On With The Show After Cancellation Setback.

Portable, the outspoken singer, revealed that he received a substantial payment of N5 million from the Celestial Church, compelling him to honor his commitment to perform.

The controversial Nigerian artist found himself unexpectedly removed from the Ankara praise night lineup at the Land of Goshen Cathedral, causing a stir on social media alongside Pasuma and other scheduled performers.

Addressing the issue head-on in a viral video, the Zazu crooner expressed his determination to perform for the church. Portable highlighted that he was entrusted with N5 million by the church, underscoring his sense of duty.

In the video, the bold singer asserted that both he and Pasuma would proceed with their performance as they considered themselves children of God.

However, Portable went beyond mere affirmation; he respectfully sought permission from the Celestial Church to carry out the performance in God’s name.

He emphasized that his appearance should not be a reason for the clergy to dismiss him.

His exact words:

“Cele we must do the show o, you have paid me N5 million and we must do it. Pasuma will perform, I will also perform and we must do it.

“This child of God is coming. Land of Goshen Cathedral please in God’s name, consider us as children of God, don’t use my looks to judge me.”
