BBNaija S7 – Groovy, Sheggz and Hermes Evicted (Video)

The game is coming to an end and as usual, eviction rolled in to ensure its continuity. However, this eviction was special, as it was the penultimate one to decide the Big Brother Naija Season 7 finalists. Africa definitely felt the tension!

How Viewers Voted Sheggz, Hermes, Groovy – HausaToday.com

Groovy, Sheggz and Hermes did not receive enough votes to be among the show’s finalists. With just 14.63% of votes, Groovy became the 17th housemate to be evicted from the show. Should we say farewell to Groophy? Not yet! He assured the show’s host, Ebuka, that his relationship with Phyna was genuine and they’d gravitated towards each other after the levels were merged.

Groovy hopes to use his new-found fame as a platform to further his modelling and music career.

Sheggz was the next housemate to be evicted from the house. His conducts in his relationship with Bella has been very controversial in the past month, with most viewers calling for his removal from the house. Although Sheggz FC used to support him with votes, they were unable to come through in the penultimate eviction.

Sheggz was evicted for garnering the lowest votes – 13.26%. Also assuring Ebuka that his love for Bella was genuine, Sheggz shared his immediate plans. He would get some rest and wait for his beloved Bella’s arrival next week. Are we hearing Mr. & Mrs. Ikoyi’s wedding bells?

There is no doubt that Hermes’ eviction left fans shell-shocked. Whenever fans listed their top-three housemates, his name was never left out. Hermes regularly topped several polls outside the house, but was unable to do so at the penultimate eviction. It goes to show that Big Brother Naija is an unpredictable show.

With only 15.83% of the votes, Hermes lost his right to be at the finale. On his relationship with Allyson, he explained that he couldn’t tell if she would be able to join his polyamorous relationship. However, he was willing and open for talks between them and also ready to immerse himself in his arts and sports.

Good luck to all evicted housemates!
