Tekno Revived My Music Career When I Didn’t Have A Hit For Almost A Year- Singer Davido
David Adeleke, better known by his stage as Davido, has credited his fellow artist Tekno with revitalizing his career at a time when he most needed it.
According to Davido, he went over a year without a hit single before Tekno came along and reintroduced him to the limelight.

He said that Tekno wrote his smash single, ‘IF,’ but that Tekno insisted on Davido recording it.
On the Bounce Radio program, Davido revealed this to Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
