Harmonize and Sofiya Nzau’s “Loser” Trends in Tanzania

Harmonize and Sofiya Nzau’s “Loser” Attracts Fresh Attention

Tanzanian singer Harmonize and Kenyan vocalist Sofiya Nzau are drawing attention with their collaboration, “Loser,” as the track appears on Tanzania’s trending music-video listings.

The song features on Harmonize’s sixth studio album, 31, a 14-track project released in September 2026. The collaboration brings together two artists from neighboring East African markets, creating another connection between Tanzania’s Bongo Flava scene and Kenya’s contemporary music landscape.

Rather than arriving as a standalone single, “Loser” forms part of a wider album that features artists from different African music markets.

Harmonize’s 31 Expands His Collaborative Reach

With 31, Harmonize continues to explore collaborations beyond Tanzania. The album includes appearances from artists across the continent, reflecting the growing connections between African music scenes.

Sofiya Nzau brings a Kenyan presence to “Loser.” Her involvement also places the collaboration within the broader movement of East African artists working together to reach audiences beyond their home markets.

For both performers, such collaborations offer opportunities to introduce their music to listeners who may be more familiar with the other artist.

What the Chart Attention Means

The appearance of “Loser” on Tanzania’s trending music-video listings offers a possible indication of renewed listener interest. However, a chart appearance alone does not establish the song’s overall popularity or prove that it is experiencing a sustained viral moment.

The track’s current ranking and movement should be checked against the latest available chart data before publication.

As East African music continues to circulate across borders, collaborations such as “Loser” provide another example of artists connecting audiences through shared musical projects.

For Harmonize and Sofiya Nzau, the next measure of the collaboration’s momentum will be whether its visibility translates into sustained listening and engagement.
