Trouble looms as Elvis Poko gives Portable 24 hours ultimatum to refund after contract breach
Nigerian Comedy Rockstar, Actor and singer Elvis Poko has given the controversial musician Portable 24 hours to refund his money after he breached a contract by failing to appear at a music concert.
Elvis Poko took to his Instagram page to give the ultimatum in a post he made, while informing him that he doesn’t plan on involving the police in the matter.
It was learned that the singer, Portable was meant to appear at Elvis Poko’s event “Elvis Poko Waterside Boy Tour Live In Concert” in Warri, Delta State, on June 30.
However, the ‘Zazoo’ crooner was a no-show and hasn’t refunded the money he was allegedly paid.
In a post on his page, Elvis stated that he has instructed his lawyers not to claim any damage or compensation for the loss he ran into because of his failure to show up.
He noted that he is a real-life person and has given the street-hop singer 24 hours to refund him.
Elvis wrote:
“I personally instructed my Lawyers to not lay any claims for damages or compensations . I’m not your friend, I paid you in full . Your invoices and confirmation videos plus apology texts from you & your team are with Bar OJ . I’m not a social media person . I don’t chase clout on social media. I’m a real life person. Ogbeni I am giving you 24 hours to refund my money in full . I won’ t talk about this again !”
He added: “@portablebaeby @babyluvgram let it be on record, so the earth can bear me witness. I’m not going to court and I’m not getting the police involved as well. I need nothing off you, payback what I paid you… 🧜♀️ ❌⚔️ 24 hours is all you got.”
