Peruzzi Reveals Unique Past Payment Deal With Davido Involved Used Clothes

Nigerian singer Peruzzi has opened up about a unique payment method he once had with fellow musician Davido.

In a recent interview, Peruzzi admitted that in the early days of their collaboration, he received used clothing from Davido as compensation for songwriting.

“I swear I’m not going to lie, I used to collect clothes before,” Peruzzi said. “But there was a particular one I wrote and he gave me some money so I stopped, but I used to before.”

Peruzzi is known for co-writing many of Davido’s hit songs, including chart-toppers like “FIA” and “Fall.” He has since established himself as a successful solo artist with his own dedicated fanbase.
