M.anifest and Black Sherif Link Up on New Single ROAD RAGE

Ghanaian hip hop just delivered a link up across two generations. M.anifest and Black Sherif have released ROAD RAGE, a single that uses the open road as a picture of ambition. It arrived on Thursday, October 29, 2026, through Mass Appeal and Singitdamnit Music.

What ROAD RAGE Is About

The record treats a road trip as a metaphor for ambition, persistence, and the grind of chasing personal goals. M.anifest framed the release as a step from the past into the future. Meanwhile, the artwork shows a monster truck on a road sign, which leans into the driving theme.

How the Song Was Teased in Accra

M.anifest previewed the track at his Nowhere Cool at 10 concert at the Accra Polo Club on October 24. The show marked ten years since his 2016 album, Nowhere Cool. Worlasi, Samini, Kwabena Kwabena, Ko-Jo Cue, and Cina Soul joined him on stage. A day later, he confirmed the release date on X.

Black Sherif broke through in March 2022 with Kwaku the Traveller, which topped charts in Ghana and Nigeria. This year, he was named Artiste of the Year at the 2026 Ghana Music Awards, and his album Iron Boy won Album of the Year. M.anifest, on the other hand, is a respected veteran whose career spans more than a decade. As a result, the pairing joins established lyricism with the newer wave.
