Mahindra Fusion Fest 2026 Returns to Pretoria With Music, Fashion and Art Showcase

Mahindra Fusion Fest 2026 is officially set to return to Pretoria this March, bringing an expanded creative experience to the SunBet Arena at Time Square. The festival will once again blend live music, fashion, and visual art into a single immersive event designed to celebrate South Africa’s cultural diversity and innovation.

Zoë Modiga is among the artists who will perform at Mahindra Fusion Fest in Pretoria.

Following a successful debut edition, Mahindra South Africa has confirmed that the 2026 festival will feature four themed fusion performances, each representing different eras and expressions of South African creativity. The event aims to serve as a platform where artists, designers, and visual creatives collaborate across disciplines.

Mahindra on the Vision Behind Fusion Fest

According to Rajesh Gupta, CEO of Mahindra South Africa, the festival is part of the brand’s long-term cultural investment in the country.

“Fusion Fest reflects the youthful vibrancy and diversity of the Rainbow Nation. It brings together music, fashion and art in a shared celebration of creative expression,” Gupta said.

Four Fusion Segments Headline the 2026 Edition

1. Rewind the Revolution
This segment will explore South African music from the democratic era to today, led by Zöe Modiga with performances from Mafikizolo, Kurt Darren and Claire Johnston.
Fashion: Imprint by Mzukisi Mbane
Visual Art: Durban-born artist Shaun ‘Damn Vandal’ Oakley

2. Hip Hop Most High
A blend of hip hop and gospel featuring Blxckie, Maglera Doe Boy, and the Tshwane Gospel Choir.
Fashion: The Bam Collective
Art Direction: Motion designer Ndumiso Nyoni

3. Femme for All
A women-led showcase across genres and generations with Naledi Aphiwe, Karen Zoid, Nomfundo Moh, and Mariechan.
Visual Art: International director and artist Inka Kendzia

4. All About Now
A contemporary amapiano segment featuring Zee Nxumalo, Focalistic, and Daliwonga.
Fashion: Munkus by Thando Ntuli
Visual Art: Cape Town muralist Bushy Wopp
