“Keep up the hustle” – Don Jazzy Advises Up-and-Coming Artistes; Cites Crayon As An Example.

Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy, is no doubt in the best position to advise African artistes. Asides building one of the biggest record labels in Africa, his ability to transform up-and-coming talents into superstars in the music industry, has earned him a name in the global music scene. Hence, when Don Jazzy speaks, everyone listens.

The music producer took to his Instagram account to share his two cents with emerging artistes, who are grinding hard to be known. Using 21-year-old Mavin Records artiste, Crayon, as an example, he advised up-and-coming artistes to “Keep up the hustle”. He also shared a video of Crayon performing on stage, noting that he was having the time of his life, with a loaded bank account.

All in all, his advise to emerging talents is to keep grinding and not give up, even if they do not get the recognition they want.
