Iyabo Ojo Declares DNA Not Part Of Agenda For #JusticeMohbad
Iyabo Ojo, an esteemed figure in Nollywood, has expressed disapproval of the persistent calls for a DNA test to establish the paternity of Liam Light, the late Mohbad’s son.
She emphasized that the primary concern should be seeking justice for the singer’s untimely demise.
During a recent live session on social media, the actress urged for a temporary halt to discussions surrounding the paternity test.
According to her, this distraction shouldn’t overshadow the more critical matter of resolving the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s tragic death.
Iyabo Ojo pointed out that whether Liam Light is biologically related to the singer or not, focusing on a paternity test wouldn’t absolve or implicate Mohbad’s wife, Wunmi Aloba, as a suspect.
She stressed that addressing this issue is a private family matter, and the priority should be uncovering the truth behind the artist’s demise rather than diverting attention to DNA tests.
In her closing remarks, Iyabo Ojo emphasized that Wunmi holds the authority to decide on the DNA test, pending the release of the late singer’s autopsy report.
