‘Bandana’ ft Asake – Fireboy DML Announces Release Date.

 

Fireboy DML is set to release a new hit ahead of his upcoming studio album, ‘Playboy’. The song, ‘Bandana’, would feature his YBNL record label mate, Asake.

Taking to his Twitter account, the BET nominated artiste announced that the song would be released on the 15th of July, 2022. Fans have been going wild since the announcement, as the song would be the first collaboration between Fireboy DML and Asake.

So far, Fireboy DML has proved that 2022 is his year. Following the success of his collaboration with Ed Sheeran, ‘Peru’, the talented artiste wowed fans of Afrobeats by setting huge milestones in a short period of time. On the 26th of June, Fireboy became the first Afrobeats artiste to perform at the BET Awards. Less than three days later, he also achieved a similar feat at Wembley Stadium, when he became the first Afrobeats artiste to perform at the 90,000 capacity arena. He has proved himself as an artiste set to dominate Afrobeats.
