‘Any artiste who wants to be pampered before working is a fool’ – Bullgod Spits Fire
Experienced artiste manager Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson, also known as Bullgod, expressed frustration with the behavior of some musicians regarding their professional responsibilities.
He criticized the trend where artists require convincing from their managers before fulfilling their duties, emphasizing that this attitude is unacceptable in their chosen profession.
Bullgod pointed out that parents bear some responsibility for not instilling proper values in these artists during their upbringing, placing blame on them rather than the artiste managers.
During an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, Bullgod strongly asserted that any artiste expecting to be coddled into working is behaving foolishly.
“If I should apologize, then artistes should also apologize to their managers too,” Bullgod replied defiantly when asked to apologize for using the term “fool” to describe such artists.
While the trigger for Bullgod’s comments remains unclear, his words serve as a seasoned admonishment to musicians who seek excessive pampering from their managers before fulfilling their professional responsibilities.
