Kabelo Announces For King And Country Live Shows In December

Kwaito fans, mark your calendars. Kabelo has announced the Kabelo For King And Country live shows. Two nights are set for 15 and 16 December 2026.

Both nights take place at Teatro Montecasino. A 16-piece live ensemble will back him on stage. Furthermore, Kaya 959 is partnering on the event.

He promises new music and reimagined classics. In addition, songs from different eras of his career will return. Therefore, old and new fans should both find their moment.

He shared the news on X on 16 October 2026. Meanwhile, the album is the main talking point. For King And Country now arrives on 30 October 2026.

Why Kabelo Moved The For King And Country Album Date

The release was first set for 14 October. However, that date would have been the 50th birthday of Tokollo “Magesh” Tshabalala. Kabelo decided the day should honor his late friend.

Magesh passed away on 15 August 2022. To mark the moment, Kabelo released Magesh Is Beethoven. Moreover, the tribute celebrates their bond through TKZee alongside Zwai Bala.

The project also marks his return to releasing music after years focused on ministry. He describes the sound as street psalms. As a result, faith and kwaito meet on one album.
