Moliy Jetski Friki single cover featuring Yailin and Theodora

Moliy Drops Global Summer Anthem ‘Jetski Friki’

Molly’s ‘Jetski Friki’ Single Crosses Three Continents

Ghanaian American star Moliy has released her new single, Jetski (FRIKI). The Moliy Jetski Friki single brings together Dominican rapper Yailin La Más Viral and French-Congolese artist Theodora. AfrobeatsGlobal has watched Moliy’s rise closely since her breakout remix exploded worldwide. This track marks the third single from her upcoming mixtape BADDIES MOLIY.

Moliy described the record simply. She called it the ultimate baddie anthem, built from Ghanaian, Dominican, and French-Congolese influences. Meanwhile, the trio leaned into confidence, energy, and unapologetic fun across every verse. Producer BGRZ shaped the track with a blend of pop and reggaeton textures.

To match that global energy, Moliy traveled to the Dominican Republic for the music video shoot. She filmed alongside Yailin in her home country, grounding the song’s multicultural concept visually. Therefore, the visuals feel just as borderless as the music itself.

Moliy’s Momentum Keeps Building Fast

This release lands during an incredible stretch for her career. Her remix of “Shake It To The Max” has already surpassed one billion streams worldwide. Additionally, that record spent twenty-two consecutive weeks atop Billboard’s Afrobeats Songs chart in the United States. Few artists move that fast in such a short window.

Moliy also made history as the first Ghanaian artist nominated at the American Music Awards. She picked up two MTV Video Music Award nominations and topped Spotify’s most streamed Ghanaian artist list for 2025. As a result, expectations for her mixtape keep climbing higher.

A European tour and a support slot on Skillibeng’s North American run are already locked in. AfrobeatsGlobal expects “Jetski (FRIKI)” to dominate playlists through the entire summer season.
