Renowned Nigerian artist Small Doctor has experienced a significant loss as reports confirm that a fire has ravaged his residence in Lagos.
The singer, who was present during the incident, took to his social media platform to reassure his fans, emphasizing that he is safe and no lives were lost.
While the full extent of the damage remains unconfirmed, Small Doctor, who recently dropped a track titled “No Pressure,” shared a message on social media, stating,
“No pressure for the Lord is with me. No life was lost. Ile Alaafin to o ewa lo bu kun,” which translates to, “the king’s house that burns will undergo beautification. Iyanu ma shele soonest.”
Support and concern from fans have been pouring in for the artist.
In a recent interview, Small Doctor disclosed why he abstains from drinking or smoking, citing his family background as the reason.
He stated on Beat FM, “I don’t drink, I don’t smoke…I don’t womanize. I don’t have a vice. Trust me. No cap. I have been like this since like a decade ago, trust me. Even before I got Visa to any other country.”
