BBNaija S7 – Beauty Issues Statement Following Disqualification; NBA Breaks Silence
On the 7th of August, 2022, just two weeks into the Big Brother Naija reality show, Beauty Tukura was disqualified. However, her immediate removal did not come as a shock. It was predicted by fans, following her series of violent outbursts at the Saturday night parties.
After acquiring a strike the previous week for assaulting fellow housemate, Ilebaye, Beauty was issued a double strike on Sunday for her violent acts towards her love interest in the house, Groovy.
Since leaving the house, the ex-beauty queen has received a lot of backlash from Nigerians, including The Nigerian Bar Association. John Aikpokpo-Martins, the Vice President of the NBA, issued an official statement denouncing Beauty’s actions.

In the statement, he also announced that Beauty’s name was not found in the database of the Roll of Legal Practitioners kept in the Supreme Court. This means that Beauty is not an official member.
