Asake Is Nigeria New Lil Wayne, An Artiste We Don’t Get All The Time- Don Jazzy (VIDEO)
Don Jazzy, a veteran Nigerian music mogul, has spoken out against the current rave, Asake.
Don Jazzy referred to Asake as a superb all-rounder artiste during an episode of his Apple Music Show with Mavin Records’ official DJ, Big N.
The Mavin Records CEO praised Asake as a one-of-a-kind musician who possesses all of the elements of music and knows how to employ them to taste.
“I feel like Ololade Asake is such a wonderful artiste, he’s an all-rounder, he’s one of those artistes you don’t get all the time but when they come, you just know that a star has been born,” Don Jazzy said of the YBNL signee before comparing him to American rapper Lil Wayne.
Asake’s fan base has grown since he rose to prominence with his big hit music, ‘Omo Ope,’ which was released in early 2022. Asake has since released new music to further establish himself in the music industry.
In the last six months, Asake has continuously released mind-blowing songs that have remained at the top of several music charts.
