Mr Eazi Teams With Vybz Kartel On New Song Lambo

Mr. Eazi just hit the gas on a new sound, and he brought serious backup. The Afrobeats star has teamed up with producer Dre Skull and dancehall legend Vybz Kartel for a new single called Lambo.

Lambo Bridges Afrobeats And Dancehall

The track arrives as the first single from Yard & Yanga, a joint project due later this year via Mixpak Records and emPawa Africa. Lambo sits right where Afropop, Jamaican dancehall, and global club energy meet. Built on a heavy low end and a hypnotic rhythm, or riddim, the song finds Mr. Eazi in full flex mode.

His verses blend Jamaican patois with Nigerian pidgin into a hook built for singalongs. Meanwhile, Vybz Kartel‘s verse cuts through the mix with sharp, gritty precision. As a result, the record feels tailor-made for street dances and late-night sets across two continents.

A Reunion With History Behind It

Lambo also extends Mr. Eazi‘s creative partnership with Dre Skull, following earlier collaborations like Sekkle and Bop. Adding Vybz Kartel‘s dancehall authority takes that chemistry even further. Notably, the single’s artwork was illustrated by UK artist Kione Grandison, pulling on both West African and Caribbean visual cues.

Lyrically, the song uses the image of a Lamborghini as shorthand for speed, status, and freedom. Furthermore, it previews a wider Yard & Yanga project built around diaspora links and fast lane energy. For Mr. Eazi, Lambo doesn’t just mark a new single. It signals the start of a full cross-continental era.
