2Baba, Asake, Kizz Daniel And More Perform At Falz’s Youth Vote Concert (WATCH)
Falz, a rapper and activist, organized a free-for-all concert including numerous renowned Nigerian singers in order to encourage young Nigerians to register to vote.
The event was place on June 11th in the historic Tafawa Balewa Square and saw thousands of Nigerians turn out to get their Permanent Voter’s Card; PVC and watch performances by their favorite acts. Falz, Teni, Bella Shmurda, 2Baba, M.I Abaga, Skibii, Kizz Daniel, Patoranking, Pasuma, Waje, Asake, and Small Doctor were among the performers.
Interestingly, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, had reported just hours earlier that voter registration had seen a boom, and the agency had committed to deploy extra machines.
