Fireboy, Others Set To Perform At Afrobeats Festival In Germany

It isn’t now that the Afro genre is known to make waves in the music industry, however, it’s prestige keeps on increasing in a mind blowing way. Awards being won and worldwide recognition is no longer a strange occurence in the Afro genre.. Talented Nigerian singer and songwriter, Adedamola Adefolahan known professionally as Fireboy DML, has been announced as a performer at 2022’s Afrobeats Festival in Berlin, Germany.

The festival will become the first German Afrobeats Festival which has been scheduled to take place at the Racecourse Hoppegarten on July 09 and 10, 2022. It has proven to be a worthy event to look forward to and celebrate.

Headlining the festival will be Nigeria’s international superstars, Wizkid and Davido with a special guest appearance by Erykah Badu.  Fans have expressed how much they can’t wait to be a part of the upcoming celebration.

Other Afrobeats/Afro fusion artists scheduled to perform at the festival includes Sarkodie, Omah Lay, Gabsy, Rema and a host of other African artists. It sure sounds like its going to be fun
