Olamide’s UY Scuti spectacle alertness and elegance [Review]

Olamide’s work rate in the short space of mainstream cannot be overestimated, UY Scuti exhibits preparedness and a new genre recall.

Olamide Adedeji, popularly known as Olamide, is a Nigerian rapper and songwriter, he is signed to Empire and his own official imprint YBNL.

Olamide is simply the ringleaders of the new Afrobeats gen and the poster boy for pop culture in the Nigerian music industry, especially at this difficult point in the hip-hop world.

Olamide turned into a household name in Nigeria after his smash contagious single titled ‘Durosoke’ also releasing eleven (11) albums and EPs, a mixtape, and now a studio album ‘UY Scuti’ that has to diverge in and out of pop, afro beats, Hip-Hip, R&B, trap soul and afrobeat melody without questions.

Olamide UY Scuti is undoubtedly going down as one of the best albums dropped in 2021

Consequentially, On UY Scuti, Olamide created a background where he can sync with any kind of artiste, hence enlisting Phyno, Layydoe, Jaywillz, Fave However, ushering an intro with ‘Need for Speed’ and ‘Jailer’ a Jaywillz assisted followed-up track was heavenly descending form, both created magical sync on the beat.
