After nearly two years away from the social media platform, Instagram, Kanye West has resurfaced as the release date of his upcoming album, “Donda” draws near
On Wednesday, July 21, 2021, Kanye West returned to Instagram ahead of the release of his highly anticipated new album, “Donda.”
The names of his children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm’s monikers were spelt out in Gothic font in a series of close-up images of the Cuban link necklaces he shared.
When he returned, he had 5.7 million followers on the platform. On the other hand, he is only following his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian on the app.
He posted a short video of the American track athlete, Sha’Carri Richardson on a track about to run, the caption on the video reveals is a video for a song called “No Child Left Behind” and it’s set to arrive on West’s new album Donda.
An album listening event is taking place this Thursday (July 22) at 8 p.m. Eastern and will be live-streamed globally via Apple.
It also reveals the album would be out on Friday (July 23).
It’s worth recalling that a few months ago, the father of four unfollowed all of his estranged wife’s family members on Twitter.
That occurred shortly after West was photographed in France with Irina Shynk, a Russian-born international model.
In February 2021, Kanye and Kim filed for divorce.
